    There have been 2 visits. Both times the woman in the change area was surly and unhelpful, not a smile and just a general sense of "why don't you just go away and leave me alone". When asked questions about encores opening hours and whether the buffet was available daily, she sneered an answer. When asked to provide machine service, it all seemed to much for her. Her service was awful and I didn't want to see her ever again. Surely we are not the first to complain about this most unfriendly woman.other than that,the club itself seems very nice but I wouldn't hurry back if she's on duty.
